Exciting News: Our New Mobile App is Launching!
Carrick-on-Suir Credit Union is delighted to announce the launch of our brand new mobile app, arriving on Monday, 20th April!

This significant upgrade has been designed to enhance your everyday banking experience, giving members access to a faster, more secure, and more intuitive platform. With improved navigation, a cleaner interface, and enhanced performance, the new app makes managing your finances simpler and more convenient than ever before.
Whether you’re checking your balance, transferring funds, or keeping track of your transactions, everything is now easier to access and quicker to complete. The app has also been built with enhanced security features, ensuring your information remains safe while you bank on the go.
Our new app also features a streamlined loan application process, meaning that applying for a loan has never been more simple!
What You Need to Know
Ahead of the launch on Monday, here are the key pieces of information that you need to know:
- From 20th April, the current Carrick-on-Suir Credit Union app will cease functionality and will no longer be available to download, so we encourage all members to prepare for the transition.
- The new app will be available to download from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store straight onto your device. Make sure when searching for the app to ensure you are downloading the Carrick-on-Suir Credit Union app, and not an app from a different Credit Union.
- To login, you will need your Member Number. We strongly recommend taking note of this in advance to ensure a smooth and hassle-free setup. Your Member Number can be found in the settings tab of your current app, on your physical slip received in the branch or often written on the inside of your physical book (be sure to drop the letter, for example: if your member number on your slip says 12345/A, you would used 12345).
This upgrade represents an important step forward in how we support our members digitally, and we’re excited for you to experience the improvements.
